The last workshop
The last term in Ghana’s school is about to end and so is the ICT workshop. Time for us to brag with our achievements.
We had the ambition to present to the students the world of ICT besides Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Because anyone that does not have his or her own PC or Smartphone, will look what friends and family are doing with it. For this reason, we explored the African continent, send Messages to our favourite football players, and applied for our dream jobs. Additionally, we also dealt with – swishh
Light-Out. Damn it.
Well, we also produced our own ICT Quiz-Duel, hacked our ICT-passwords or just engaged in some physical exercises.
Such moments, accompanied by the students arrange their farming or selling jobs to attend our workshops on Saturdays, always amazed me because of the infinite motivation and curiosity, that our students brought.
We cannot look back on a specific accomplishment, but at least we were receiving watermelons from our students. And we were proud to sign their self-designed certificates. See for yourselves:
