Bank account locked

Without reason and prior notie our bank account with the Barclays Bank at Cape Coast branch (Ghana) has been locked since more than a week.

After we noticed it by chance (or accidentally) when we tried to withdraw donations from the African Kiss festival to continue with the building of the AIM. training centre, we have submitted all necessary documents to Barclays Bank again, but still the Barclays Bank has not been able to reopen our account.

It even seems that they are not even interessted to explain and reopen our account, at least promises are not kept and phone calls are not picked up again.
