Communication with Barclays
Part 2: Again the bankers of Barclays Bank Cape Coast branch were not in a position to talk to us – until we forced ourselves on them. Finally we were able to get a contact number of one of their colleagues in Accra, who is working on this issue. Something great happened: The guy was customer friendly, competent, informative and .. communicative! What an experience! We were able to transfer some final pieces of information – but still, our account is locked.
